Review: Guiding the Fall - Book #2 Golden Rule Outfitters - Christy Hayes - April 2013

Olivia has been spending the Summer working with her brother Tommy in his Fly Fishing/ Rafting/Skiing/Restaurant business while she waits for her first year of teaching to begin. With her best friend Jill gone, Olivia has all the time in the world to spare. Lyle - Jill's other friend despises Olivia as hate is such a strong word , but with Jill's push - the pair of them become roommates. Lyle is a budding author and has been commissioned to write the biography of mysterious millionaire and business mogul Jack Forrester , who one day was top of the world and the next he disappeared off the face of the earth. Now Jack is finally ready to tell his story of what has happened the past few years and who better than Lyle to write it for him. Jack and his sister Erica Forrester move down to Olivia and Lyle's hometown. With plenty of up's and down's we watch as friendships and romances bloom between Olivia and Jack , Erica and Lyle. But what's a story without a bit of tension between all the characters as each of the four major characters will have or discover something damaging to their self-esteem which will have to be fixed in order to move on with their lives.  Can each of the characters find what they need to be complete or will the power of friendship and love be all they ever needed all along?
