Review: Ali's Pretty Little Lies - Sara Shepard

I don't know about you , but I am head over heels in love with the Pretty Little Liars series - when it does eventually end with both the books and TV Show - I will be so sad when it's over, though in saying that with all the content in the books and the way they are heading there is so much they can do with the show.
As readers will know last year Sara Shepard did a spin-off novel called Pretty Little Lies in which it shared 4 tales of the characters Summers and the mischief they found themselves in.
Now get ready for Book #2 - Ali's Pretty Little Lies.

Review: Ali's Pretty Little Lies - Book #2 Pretty Little Lies Series - Sara Shepard - January 2013
It's not very often that you find a particular series that you enjoy especially when there are like 15 books in the series if you count the new one to be released in July 2013. Normally like most they reach a point where they are kind of blah and repeating themselves etc. However, for me not the Pretty Little Liars series. I am head over heels in love with them and find it so amazing, that each book Sara Shepard will bring out a twist and turn that you least expected. In Ali's Pretty Lies, we read the tale of how it all began with two twin sisters Ali and Courtney. How one of them was viewed as crazy and the other normal and how Courtney was shipped off to the mental hospital , only to later switch during 6th Grade with Ali - leaving Ali in the MH. Then just before 7th Grade, there were two again and only one was left to survive - was it Ali or Courtney ? Which twin died that fateful night and which one lived?
Ali's Pretty Little Liars is like a prequel to the whole series and just a hint - pay careful attention to some of the names of the patients in the mental hospital as one will surprise you :)
Another great tale in the Pretty Little Liars series and I look forward to reading more in this series .

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
